No, not that Rock. :D I got a chance to pick up rock and beat on it with other rocks before I left. This place is an Open Pit Coal Mine and there was more hammer stones than good stuff. I did find some stuff that acted and looked like Ft. Payne and some other rock that was like Ryolite, but better. I was just using a hammer stone I picked up and really didn't have much time to play with it. But some of this stuff had potential. If I go back, I'll be Abo'ing it.

Sweet looking rock. Definitley would go back if opportunity arrose.

Believe me Eddie, if I had a supply of the good stuff, I'd send ya some. I did find two nice green pieces that I got from Joe. Theyre still in my "save pile"

I've got one piece of that sea ryolite that Jesse gave me. It came from off the coast of NC. It all sucks! I want some of the creamy, white stuff. :)
-
damnit eddie, this is what I was talking about....right now I am supposed to be discussing Max Webers Theory of Bureaucracy on my class discussion board.
You keep that white creamy stuff to yourself.
Seriously....which white creamy stuff are you talking about? Coral? Burlington?..................Quartzite? >:D

My consultant says try cooking it...

Man, Eddie. the one side of that rock does have some wild colors in it! If it would take a little heat and act right that would make some real purty points. Then theres the problem of hijacking some home, hmm..
-
Man, I bet this is the first time customs has ever had to deal with someone trying to smuggle actual rocks in from Columbia.
-
I should have tried, they didn't even search my stuff this time. ???
-
Nice Eddie...make u wonder what other people think what u are doing sometimes...I was behind a grocerie store one time I found a flint vein and people was lining up as if I were digging for gold. LOL anyway looks like it will work!

The Colombian drill crew was looing at some of the pictures on my laptop at lunch of points and then started bringing me rock to see if it was good.
