Title: Fools gold question
Post by: jeffhalfrack on April 15, 2011, 06:44:49 pm: Hey guys I envy your work!!! I have a question,,, is it common for you guys to find fools gold????? I allways thought you get it at the museum gift shop, or on vacation ;D and (I know I'll get picked on!) is it worth much??? I'm looking for a few wallnut sized hunks, and some galena let me know thanks JEFFW

I have a walnut size hunk of pyrite and it picks up good,,, this is just a forty year old hobby of mine,,,I finally got a razor blade radio to work after many, many tries. I know Nada about rock hunting and was thinking if you guys found it when looking for knapping stuff I may hit you up on that 'JW' thanks JEFFW

but only the AM plays the oompapa music ;D
nothing like a good ol' polka to get the feet tapping

actually i like listening to AM radio in the morning as i get ready for work
good way to catch up on all the local stuff happening,especially like the weather report every 15 mins ;)
