Hey everyone...
Made this light weight bow to give to my mom on her birthday that is coming up. It is a red oak D-bow with a pyramid front profile. It is 1.5 inches at the fades and tapers to 3/8 of an inch pin nocks. The bow has a slightly stiffened handle section to reduce hand shock and has a glue on golf-tee arrow rest. The outer limbs of this bow are very light and narrow making it quite fast for a lightweight bow. I painted the tips black and put on a leather handle wrap. What do you all think? It's just a nice simple bow that she can enjoy shooting with me.

3/4 of an inch set.
