Title: Jig for cutting and triming

OK here is a jig I designed and a friend made for me on a CNC machine. He wrote a little program to have the parts cut out. The jig is for sanding and trimming feathers. It is constructed of steel and has a plastic surface for cutting against. I know it is not primitive but my older hands get tired of holding blocks of wood.

I was thinking of adding an attachment that would screw to to bottom or side to hold and arrow shaft during glueing. My deer hide glue take a little while to dry. Any ideas guys?

OK i will tomorrow. Also my friend that made this made two so if anyone wants to trade knapping tools for one of these I will give them to him. I will pay shipping for the item to get to you. I know I should do this in the trading area but i am just trying to help him out. and I dont want my thread moved please.

Once the feather is clamped in I drop it on the belt sander and in 3 seconds it is done. Smells real bad! I use and razor knife to trim the feather and SHAMWOW! done.
