Just got finished making a hickory flatbow from a stave that had been laying around a while. The bow had a little bit of character to it dips and lines on the back, insect markings, and some cambrium. The bo is 66 inches tip to tip, inch and a half at the wdest and narrows down to haf inch at the tips. The bow is 60# at 26 inches and after about 80 shot a half an inch of string follow.
