Hey I like the Cottonmouth skins. Good looking bow.

Ken, nice bow. I running out of words to describe what u can do with a piece of hickory. Keep making and posting pics of your bows! What is the ideal moisture content for hickory?
-
Wow Ken you sure are kicking out some nice bows lately. Those skins look great and your really getting that style of bow down. Congratulations. ;)
-
Wow Ken, that is so impressive. Short, no set, beautiful backing. Great job, hope someday I can do that.

thanks Rich, think i still like the black better
thanks Bettleb
thanks Wv,helps to understand whatever wood species you deal with.ideal moisture for hickory would be 6 to 8 percent but i doubt ive ever gotten that low or will. mine prob never get below 10, if you want low set hickory you need to trap and tiller slow !
thanks Keenan , i built a 55inch white oak ,hickory and ipe first and then decided to do a molle after chattin with rich bout lunch time.ill put the little bow on tomorrow its simple but impressive .
thanks George
