Been working on my flintknapping for about a year straight. I haven't posted in a long time, so here's some of my latest points. I've been concentrating on "bird points" or true arrowheads.

This one is made from a whitetail antler tip. I used a belt sander and two different drill bits: one pre-drill and the other a homemade "spade" bit to make the hole cone-shaped.

Here's the batch I brought to the latest knap-in. Some of them are in the previous pictures. I'll post more pics (of different points) when I get them all together in one place. ;D

Thanks Paul. Yeah, I get a lot from the scrap pile at the local knap-in. Texas stuff, except for the white stone.

A man after my own heart. Goes through the waste piles at a knap-in, pics up what others throw away and then makes beautiful arrow points out of it. Great job, you've made some beauties for sure....
