After tillering my hickory pyramid, I heat treated the belly. Now to get back down to my draw weight I'm removing quite a bit belly wood.
Should I then re-heat treat?

I usually try to remove most of the wood from the edges of the limbs after heat treating so I don't remove all the brown wood from the belly. Make sure you work the bow pretty well after heat treating it also as some of the effect of the heat treatment will diminish after some use.

I completely forgot that tillering a pyramid should be done for the most part on the sides of the limbs.
I might re-heat the belly and tiller that way. thanks.

The effects of heat treating goes below the scorched wood. You can heat treat later if needed but for now get the tillering done and see what you end up with.
