This morning was WV's second day.The first morning saw 5 doe' and a spiker. That evening saw 5 doe's 2 forkys.Athough I had shots it's to early to kill anythhing small.Today I set up at a corner of 3 fields at a tractor rd Been glass in this corner for weeks a saw as high as 8 different bucks a morning.3,3 1/3 YEAR OLD SHOOTERS.I had a forky feeding on white oaks 10 yards. He moved on.So after he made 100 yards I sparred alittle at him.10 SECONDS LATER I turned back looked at my shooting lane. There 30 yards to the fence row Already keyed on be as a wide 10 short tined but really heavy.I knew the gig was up he stayed 30 seconds only because I had a ghillie on.But he'd already saw movement.Made me wish I gun hunted again.Been glassing this farm all summer and every day for weeks and never saw him.Noiw that I think of it he'd likely been there the whole time and thats why the spiker moved off.
IM STILL TORE UP.O'well theres alway this evening.
