Thanks!
Hardaway, that's bloodstone (india jasper)
Warhawk, I just use a sharp copper tipped pressure flaker to serrate and then a horse shoe nail flaker to touch them up.Man yeah, that is awesome work!

Actually Shannon, I am really glad to see some one make something out of that jasper.
And I can't imagine anyone doing anything any better with it! ;)
That thing is absolutely beautiful!
I've got some of that rock so let me know if you need or want any more of it.

Thanks again guys.
Joe, I got that box of rock today, looked good. Hopefully you'll see some green rhyolite pine trees from it soon 8)

Shannon, the notch on that piece of brown rock is insane! I cannot imagin how you managed to notch that far into the stone without a shock wave knocking that long arm off. Amazing stuff! Oh yea, nice pine tree.

Shannon,
I am sleeping good at night knowing Mason has got the best two teachers in the world right here in TN ! We are trying to hunt right now and are out of rock to boot. Looking forward to getting up with ya'll again one of these days. I have 4 bifaces I was able to knock out good and thin. I am saving them for later when I learn more and also learn to pressure flake AFTER I have my biface reduction technique down. If I tried to thin them more now I would probably just break them. You and Jesse have got that punch notching down to an art form bud ! Love those perfectly even flake scars that line up directly across from each other. You are a machine bud !
