heres the lil sister to the last bow . 54 inch hickory pyramid 48 lbs at 28 sidewinder skins from nate d. i'll add the full draw tomorrow after everything cures. there is a lot of heart wood on this one as you can see from the belly i was surprised it turned out as well as it did . never worked with hickory heart wood before

Very nice Ken, looks like ya just about got the short curvy types down pretty darned good! Really like the braced shot.

Looks pretty awesome Ken! Those sidewinder skins really make it pop! Can't wait to see it drawn, from the braced profile looks like it is gonna be another one with a great, even tiller. You are really gettin good at those recurves too. :)

Something about this style bow that really gets to me. I don't shoot them well but love 'em. My last two shorties have been 60", bendy handle bows for my 26" draw. I tiller out to 28". I need to go shorter! ;)
You did a very nice job from what I can see. Looking forward to full draw. 8)

thanks josh, patb i know what ya mean i love this style however ive only built two 58 and 54 rigid handle bows ,im tweaking the design as i go ,they draw and shoot nice though
