Title: turtle points

i guess this is the place for this . i found an alligator snappin turtle shell couple years ago about 18 inch diameter . it fell apart and left me with the pieces of the shell. dont know what these sections are called but they just looked like points

need a little more cleanin up and sharpening but i think they would work for small game

Interesting!  How brittle are they?  Are they sharp enough?  Good job  ;)

Cool points! those sections are his rib bones. They fuse with the spine to make his top shell.  His bottom shell is the same as your breastbone.
