   Vey nice job on that bow. Bloodwood and massaranduba are two very different woods. Beefwood is the same as massaranduba.

Beautiful Bow!  Very graceful lines.  And thanks for the clarification Badger, I almost went out and picked up the bloodwood I saw at the wood store.

sweet lookin bow, i love blood wood.
is it just me or does the bottom limb look like the tip has less flip than the top in the braced pic, i see it in the full draw too, the bottom looks more elliptical and the top limb appears to have a sharper string angle.
Correct me if im wrong plz. and if this was intentional does it serve any specific purpose? Ty

@ all : Thank you  :)

@Badger: thank you , I changed it to beefwood.

@Frank : hm , the dye is " Nußbaum dunkel " I think its from clou., whipped with steel wool and then i sprayed a clear varnish over it .

@Aries: No , you have  good eyes  :) you ´re right there. I did a bit of scraping on the top limb allready , but only a little bit. The top limb is 1,5 " longer .

@old bow: thank you  :)

   Bulletwood is the other proably most common name it goes by. I couldn't think of that yesterday. Steve
