Title: Limb twist bamboo backed Osage

I'm new to the bower world and have made a lot of misstakes along the way and I'm trying not to add one more. I'm in the tillering process of my bamboo backed Osage and and noticed one limb has a twist from middle to tip. Can this be worked this out with my tiller?
