So I figure there's probably few (if any) better places to enquire as to what might go into a mix of spices for making fried chicken...
I've already seen some of the fish and venison meals that some of you guys have driven the rest of us crazy with ;) Just wondering if any of you make your own spicy coating and what is good to use? I understand if it's a "generations old family secret" but a steer in the right direction would be appreciated :D hehe
