Looking at all the awesome primitive bows posted daily on here, I had interesting idea. I am a senior at the University of Southern Indiana with a major in history (education). I have been assigned a 25 page research paper that has to do with American social reform (there goes my bow making time) . I just somehow convinced my professor to let me write about the resurgence of primitive/Native American archery. I would like to start back at Ishi and work my way forward to you guys, discussing how attitudes towards primitive bows and technology have changed in America since the 1800s. I think this is good opportunity for me to help put primitive archery on the map and write about what I enjoy. What do you guys think?

i like it! now you better hit the books, and be sure to post a copy of it somewhere when it is complete. Good luck!
I'm just wondering if you can fit all that into 25 pages?
Billy would be an excellent source foy i think.

Thanks for the comments. I will probably have some questions to ask everyone at some point! I would also like to include pictures of everyone's bows. Keep the suggestions coming!
