You'll find your missing posts with all those odd socks and biros which you lose :P
Del
(one of mine evaporated the other day, it was a long envolved post, exceptionally erudite and witty ::) )

Happened to me a few times on every board I post on. I just make a habit of hitting (assuming you're on windows or linux) ctrl-A, then ctrl-c to copy the entire posted message to the clipboard before I hit send. That way if something goes wrong, you just start a new reply, hit ctrl-v and it pastes your whole message again. It has saved me a good deal of time, and only takes a second.

Justin, I've had mine disappear after I've hit one of the little faces up above. I've clicked on one and the whole post has just vanished. Usually on a post I've been typing on for a long time. So, I don't know if there is a time problem involved. Above my head.
