This is my first attempt at bow making. please let me know if you see anything. i think the one limb is a little stiff.

Don't look to bad but how high do you have it braced? Measuring from the inside of the handle.

Not bad at all for your first. Looks like in the drawn pics the right limb is bending well but the left pic it is trying to hinge about 10" to 12" out from the handle.

I'd get the brace down to 5-6" measured from the back, and get those fades bending a little more:)

great to see another guy starting to make bows!

Way to to go, man!  But you might want to consider at least wearing pants when making bows, barebowman...splinters, ya know.    :-\

I agree with others... your brace height looks excessive, and the right limb is definately stiffer than the left, especially at mid limb. Be very careful with the left limb, that you don't make the hinge (just past the fade) any worse. Good work for your first bow, however!!
