Title: " Legs" makes meat

I posted this on "Hunting and shooting",but think I should have put it here.I took this 8 point yesterday morning,with "She's got legs",the snake backed osage I posted a while back.Switchcane arrow tipped with a bandsaw trade.Heart shot,went 40 yards and piled.The story is on the other board. Awesome buck, and can't beat the primitive method...much more of an accomplishment I think then when hunting with modern equipment. Congratulations! :)

Thanks fellas,I was blessed with a nice deer and I'm very thankful.For the 2 Ryan's and Greg,I agree,there's nothing like it.(that's why I keep on huntin' like this,year after year).Paul,I took this deer one mile from my house,on a friends 70 acre tract.I had never laid eyes on him till this weekend.The buck that was with him has been within range 3 times,but kept me handcuffed each time.I'm glad,cause if I had taken him,(living in a one buck county),that would've been it.It worked out good.
