Thought I introduce myself. I have been purchasin this magazine fer quite a while, but jus now joinin in this forum. I am born and raised a  Ky Redneck. Grew up huntin and fishin, ceptin on Sundy er Wensdy nights. Which was church time. No Options there from my Dad. Been shootin a Stick-n-String since I was 8 years old. I started with 25 # glass kids bow, till I was big enough to shot my Dad's Bow which he handed down to me. A old Ben Pearson 60 # longbow. Then I graduated to a  Bear Recurve, then to Compounds. Now I have Seasoned a little and have went back to my roots. Buildin my own bows and cane arrows. I like to call myself a Bowyer, but in reallity, I am a Apprentice Bowyer, continually learnin.

Welcome! :)  I'm fairly new to this forum myself, but there are a lot of nice people on here.  I'm with ya on the church thing!  It was my dad's rule, and now it's mine too.

You've picked a great place to hang out. There are a lot of great bowyers 'round here. Welcome.
