is it possible to repair a longbow when the top limb has given way just above the riser

Pics will help to give you an answer. I have made some repairs on bows I thought were candidates for the corner of shame.    Pat

Ahhh the corner of shame. I have one of those. It is a reminder to me to slow down and be careful
