Continuious Loop Linen String

I have a question and would benefit from some expeience.   

I purchased some 7 strand linen that i found through a link on a thread awhile back. 

I am wondering how many strands for a 50 lb bow.   

I made a 8 strand string,  served with sinew at tips and nocking point,  but when it comes to the loops for the tips,  now i only had 4 strands per side,  and this seems weak.   

I could wrap the whole loop for strength,  but am i underbuilt?

I buy mine from Pyrosupply......and I make them 10 strand....do you serve the Loops??? If so I am sure that they are strong enough....what is the Break Strength of the Linen you have??

The linen is from pyrosupply,  off hand I don't know the tensile strength.
