Gordon, this should finish about 1 3/4" at the fades, about 1 3/8" mid limb, and 1/2" at the tip for width. Thickness should be about 3/4" at the fades, 5/8" at mid limb, 1/2" at the tips, More of a flat bow with very slight oval profile and slightly more rounded on the top. At least thats the plan. Fairly tight grain, so I'm expecting it to be fairly strong.
David. we do have some nice yew up here, but trying to find an area where it's straight and limb free can take some miles of searching and then there is jumping threw the hoops for the Forest Service
