Any chrono results?

Pappa Matt,
                  The chrono results with a 600grain arrow came in at only 145fps. I'm no expert on arrow speed but it sure seemed like it was faster than that. It could be wishful thinking on my part, but I have been told by a couple of speed chasers that have a considerable amount of credibilty that there are a number of factor that can effect a chrono's accuracy ( weak battery, lighting, release etc...) so I am not as confident in the readings as I would be if there were someone there operating it that actually knows what they are doing. When we went to gander mtn to use thiers it took them an hour to get in the range and set it up and I am not sure it was reading the way it was supposed to. Having said all of that its light, quick and shoots hard so if bambi gets in the way of one of my arras he/she will probabley end up in the freezer and that what counts most anyway.  Danny

That's true, Danny. Just from looking at it and reading what you felt from shooting it I was guessing it would come out around 160, being well built, and you feeling that it shoots fast. I wouldn't put any thought into that reading then. Besides, just like you said, as long as it shows Bambie the way to meet his ancestors, that's all that counts.
