Good job Jessie. Don't worry about the size. It was a clean kill and will eat good. Great way to start the season.

That's the way to go, ...I always let the small ones go, hoping for a bigger one to come by, and always regret it after  ::) ::)

Kenneth we can take 3 doe a day and 3 bucks total in TN. From this weekend till the first of Jan.
Ft. Campbell you can take 3 doe and 1 buck, and that don't go aginst your state total.

Good job - did you eat the liver? I always take some zip locks for the organ meats.  Nothin' better than fryin' up the liver with a mess of onions and  garlic with a fresh kill hanging outside  ;D    good luck for the rest of the season!

Nice Jesse, yep - that'll be some nice tender venison. I'm taking the first thing that walks by this year, then I'll probably take the second thing that walks by and third and so on ;D.

Thanks guys, The lady at the ft campbell put it down as a doe so i still got a buck tag for ft campbell.

 nothing wrong with taking a nice tender one out of the woods,easier to caryy out that way ;D
besides you cant eat the rack anyhow and ive heard it taste like bone to boot lol
those little one always taste better to me, they havent been alive long enough to get real gamey
