Pat. It does look like Osage in color but this wood is not ring porous.
Steve. Satinwood is listed as Yellowheart. I know there are several different species listed as Yellowheart and I'm not quite sure which one this is. I know it is quite heavy , my guess around .9 and it also has great compression strength and good elasticity. I was not bothered by the dust
The wood is fairlly easy to work.
I wasn't going to include a full draw picture because I don't want it entered in BOM. I just changed the title instead
