This is my first osage bow and the first time I did snake skins. I have to say that osage works like soft butter
It really surprised me how easy
it is to rasp and scrape and as you all know it turns into taffy with just a little heat. Although the tiller is not perfect it shoots hard and fast
and the set is minimal overall I'm very pleased with the outcome. In the full draw pics I'm drawing 25.5", I was aiming for 50# but 47 will work just fine.
This is my bow of choice for deer season this year hope to take my first selfbow deer and will be shooting stone points
The stats:

57.5" NTN 1.25" wide out of the grip, 7/16" tips
