little knife
« on: September 08, 2008, 03:38:25 pm »
Heres a little one I put together last night. Claude knocked this blade out showing me how to get rid of ridges and stacks. I forgot the name of the rock, Hillbilly knows. It's that stuff from New Jersey that's tougher than Ryolite.

Thanks Pat, it was a little too big to shoot and I had that small antler. Worked out just right.

Well, I gave it to the neighbor kid next door. He's a nice boy and likes that kind of stuff. His Dad's a compound, crossbow shooter. I gave the boy his first real bow, osage.

Yep Steve, it's Argilite, I couldn't remember the name. Claude said it's Ryolite on steroids.

That is some cool looking rock. I like the color. Nice looking knife and nice of you to make such a great gift, the bow and the knife.  Justin
