Jimmy, I take a shower in Sargeants dog and cat Flea and Tick shampoo when I've been hunting where those seed ticks are. I use Permanone, but it seems those little ones kind find the way in everytime.

If you have to pull the trigger, is it really archery?

We finished up this weekend with putting up our stands. Should be a good stretch of time prior to season for the deer to get accustomed to them being there.

BigA and I went with Pappy Saturday afternoon to tweak some of his stands and make sure they're ready for the season. Looking good! Several of them are almost guaranteed shots, with white oaks hanging full of acorns! ;)

It's an old twisted gnarled post oak, I think my feet are around six to seven feet off the ground - gonna have to be real still :).

I usually don't go over 10' to 12'. Better shot angle down low.  ;)

Never been up a tree with a bow yet. I have been up a creek without a paddle before though. Justin
