a hatchet bow is a bow made with a hatchet.

Most of mine are just saplings.  i dont folow and dimensions really i taper the last 10" to 1/2" at the tips normally the saplings i cut are 1 1/2 - 2"  so i dont reduce width.  I hope this helps

Arthur, they actually have a hatchet bow contest at Mojam, you can use nothing but a hatchet to make it from start to finish.

Progress might have been all right once but it's gone on for far too long.

I idea for the Hatchet bow came about before the new millineum, make a bow to feed your family using only a hatchet, bees wax, and B50 string material.
