Those are some beautiful arrows!! Are the points osage inserts? Did you scrape or sand all the rind off to get the dye to work? God Bless, PeteC

Thanks Pete, yes osage inserts. I used the belt sander to get the nodes even, then sanded the whole thing with 250 grit lightly to make the dye stick - one swipe with true oil to keep my fingers from turning red later

great looking arrows Paul.
I shot this one with a maple selfbow. it must have been flying 50 miles an hour right up until it landed...then i shot it off the ground...lol

That's a very nice shot Ryan - you must be proud and I know you are. Now you've got it under your belt and have, how do we say this - boasting rights
. I don't know of many peaple who have shot a dove with an arra.
