how do you upload pics?

Indian Summer:
Why won't it work? I'm no computer dummy. Pic is resized to 55KB and 400X300 pixels. When I hit submit it clears the attachment or just sits there doing nothing. Anyone????

It is my first post. The post works but no attachment. >:(

I used Pat B's technique and will never use photobucket again.  But you have to click on the "image" icon up there in the tool bar in order to get the pic to attach.
