Looks like you did a good job on it, and congratulations on getting a shooter. Don't worry about the set, it won't hurt a thing shooting-wise. The tiller is a little bit uneven, as you build a couple more and get practiced up, the tillers will get better and the set will get less. 2" isn't bad at all, anyway for a short ash bow. If I remember correctly, that stave was dead straight with no reflex or deflex, so a degree of set is inevitalble when you're dealing with wood-the only way to avoid follow is to induce reflex into the stave. Remember in the TBB vol. 1, Tim Baker considered about 1 1/2" of set to be normal and good, and used it as a standard for testing bows. All in all, looks like you did a great job, my first few bows either broke or required no bending at all to brace them.
