Tilapia Hunt

My wife,daughter,son in law,and myself went camping/tilapia hunting ,and had a great time.We got a little over 60 tilapia to 3 -1/2 pounds.The stringer in the picture has about 26 fish on it.We filled a cooler with filets,and an all around large time shootin' our homemade equipment,andenjoying each others company. God Bless

nice hunt there sir...click on addidtional options then browse and select your picture from your files.... tilapias good eats

only i gotta pay about $5 a lb,but i do it cause its so tasty

  Nice catch. Where do you live that you have tilapia? I live in Lakeland ,Fl. The first place they were introduced in the U.S., about 1967,68. Unfortunelately they brought the wrong ones, Vegans. Not the big #40 plus sport fish in Egypt. We get to shoot with a bow, spear,gig, castnet and snatch with treble hooks for them here. But it's fun to shoot them with a bow along with Gar.

Pete....when you write your Post....before you click Post....click on the ..."ADDITIONAL OPTIONS" Tab at the bottom left of the Dialog Box.... then click BROWSE......then search for your Picture....find it....click it....and you are done........now wasn't that Simple!!!! Hope this Helps.........and nice Fish too!!!

PeteC, I think even now you can fix it by hitting the "modify" button on the original post and then follow El Destructo's instructions.

Eddie,we live in east Texas, and have several power plant lakes around the area that have either common tilapia or blue tilapia,or both.These are blues in the photo.  Thanks, and God Bless

Nice haul. We have a small lake here that has some tilapia, it's a power plant cooling lake and the water stays bathwater temp all year. No bowfishing allowed there, though. A lot of people catch 'em on breadballs.
