Looks like you are like me, always busy :) :) The truck seems to be coming along nicely and the summer sausage looks good for sure. :)

Your body work reminds me of the guys on Motor Trend TV. Good work, Brian. Not too bad on the summer sausage either.  :OK

Thanks Pat. Hopefully not my favorite shows. Roadkill and Roadworthy Rescues. Could be a few zip tie moments lol

PS the summer sausage turned out fantastic

Yes pappy all our freezers are full. Lots of good eating for sure. Also make great gifts and trading stuff. Everyone was asking me when we were going to do it. They were out and really missing it.

Between putting up meat, getting everything ready for planting, working on truck you’d think we’d have enough projects going.

We decided to sand blast frame on one of our 6 axle trailers. We rebushed the drag lengths and new brakes. We will take the aluminum box off and sand blast the frame. We are going to have to replace some rusted cross members and gussets. It’s going to be another big job, but one that will bring many more years life to this trailer.

We have all the metal work done on truck cab. Next is smooth everything out with a little filler and prep for primer

Our snow is gone now. At least for the moment. Yesterday I decided to look for my arrow and any sign of my deer I didn’t recover last fall. I didn’t find anything, but it is still very difficult searching.

After searching for a few hours and climbing over and under stuff an almost 64 year old man really shouldn’t be climbing over. Especially by himself with no one knowing where he was. I decided to go to the beach knowing that I had given it a shot.

PS the water is really low. It’s amazing how much this beach changes

I did put in some overtime to

This one is from local limestone quarry. It’s Bay Port Chert. It’s not the easiest stuff to work.

Not my sharpest and a little clunky but I like it

There is always something that could be done for sure Pat. It’s always a matter of how much you should tackle.  I’m sure hoping we can get this truck and trailer ready before wheat harvest. We always need every container we can find for wheat harvest.

We did get the aluminum box off the frame today.
