...I got this bow finished, the tiller is not perfect and I wasn't going to post, but it has turned out a great little shooter that's very punchy, and has taken no noticible set after a few good shoots.
As the  Pacific yew tree is used to make certain chemo drugs...something on a personal level I am very grateful for, I thought I'd name it with the the Norse tree of life 'Yggdrasil' in mind, which is said to be an ash tree, my bow has that ash plug in it so I named it 'Yggy'.  :D
It came out a little shy of 120lbs at 31". The details are in gold leaf, I painted the ash plug with walnut stain and black acrylic to mimic a knot. I layed in a piece of labradorite gemstone for the arrow pass. I had to heat straighten again after these pics for string alignment, bang on now and doesn't catch my chest anymore.
I may go back to it and work the bottom limb a little more, but I'll keep it as is for now until I get another bow made at this sort of draw weight, which I'm working on, although paused for now until warmer weather, to cold at the moment 🥶 .

Just to add, great to have the forum back.😎👍.
All the best and Happy New Year to all.

All the best, R.D.
( Not sure if this should be moved to the English Warbow threads now).

Very nice!  Love the gold leaf touch and the plug too.  Adds character.  Yew is wonderful stuff.
Sticks and stones and other poky stabby things.

Been cold here too. So ready for spring.

Thanks all, I'm very much looking forward to getting some more projects on the go, this was a good educational piece for me and I'm happy a got a high draw weight from this stave. 😊.
