Tried a Boo backed Static Recurve

I have always saw them posted as static recurve. So what would you post it as or what should I call the bow ? Would it just be considered a recurve. What do you think?

nice looking bow. I'd say those curve are pretty static. They don't apear to be bending to me. Its bending right up to the curve.

Can you give more detail about how you built the bow? Especially how you got the bamboo to sit into those curves? Interested as I fancy trying a similar but slightly more extreme bamboo backed bamboo recurve.
