I don't build many bows anymore, as most know I am involved in lots of bows just don't build many for my self. any way I had a nice piece of Yew that was gifted me by Kennan several years ago at the Classic, probably at least 10 years ago, maybe more. It had been in my rafters and I decide to make a bow from it, it was a short piece about 59 inches T-T so I made this one 57 N-N I have a fairly short draw 26 but decide to RDit just the same, I like RD bow, they are almost very smooth and shoot well. It turned out 57 n-n 47@26 hemp wrap soake it supper glue then sanded smooth, cow horn tip over lays, shoot really smooth and pretty quick, this just may be my new hunting bow for the year, time will teel that but I really do like the way it handles and shoots. Thanks for looking.
