shooting new bow today
« on: March 18, 2022, 09:59:15 pm »
Hello Everybody,
It was a beautiful day today, so I took out my newest bow that was made by Hole in the Bow Chuck and shot it for the first time. Afterwards I set up some trail cameras and made a small fire out on my course and made some chaga tea. Here is the video.
take care, brian

Nice video, Brian. I bet you are glad to see most of the snow gone. Where is the hole in your "Hole in the Bow Chuck" bow?   ;D

Pat,
It is a extremely rare hole-less bow made by Hole in the Bow Chuck.

Chuck makes whole bows, some have holes and some do not have holes.

I've only met Chuck once at Twin Oaks.I gathered from him that he loves to hunt.
He makes a fine bow from what I've seen and uses them when he hunts too.
It does'nt take too long to get a nickname in this hobby.

I’ve known Chuck for many years. He is the real deal when it comes to hunting with “primitive “ gear. He only hunts with a selfbow and muzzleloader. In fact I do not believe he even owns a modern hunting gun. His bows shoot very smooth and the flintlock he made is real nice and shoots good. Chuck is a great guy and will openly share his knowledge with others.
