Book trade
« on: November 19, 2021, 08:36:54 am »
Would anyone be interested in a book swap? Some books (like the bibles) you keep forever to reread or as reference, but some you read once and it sits on a shelf

Just a continuous swap. Read a book, swap it for a different one.

Any interest?

Don, I might be interested. Any particular subject matter or only bow building? What books are you offering to trade?

Is this like a trade where you would end up getting the book back after it’s over and people are done with it? The only book relating to stuff is a flintknapping book and I don’t know if I’m willing to completely give that one away.

I thought it would just be a continuous trade. Trade a book, read it and decide to keep it or trade it off for something different.

But if you say you just want to loan a book, that would be between you and the one you loan it to.

Don W, I have a copy of North American Bows, Arrows and Quivers by Otis Tufton Mason I'd be willing to trade.

I could use your copy of The Bent Stick. I used to have that also, but it got loaned out and lost, and I would really like to read it again.
I love it when a plan B comes together....

Don, I have a few books I'd be willing to trade but only saw one or 2 books you listed that interest me. I'll look through my bookshelf and see which ones I could do without.

2 for 2 would work for me.

I have Matt Richard's Deerskins to buckskin and the Bent Stick, might be willing to loan/trade.  Also a number of duplicate PA back issues.  Sorry, but TBB's stay with me. :D

I've got those two. Anyone else?

I really expected there would be more involvement. It wasn't meant just for me.
