Several options. Seal the ends and put it away for a year or two, then rough it out and use dry heat to shape it. This is what I normally do. 120° should pull out just fine. Or, rough it out, use steam or boiling water to shape it then clamp to a form or straight thing to season for a few weeks. This might be the best approach as green timber bends easier than dry timber but leave it over length in case it checks. Oh, Once its cool unclamp it, seal it thoroughly to try and stop it splitting then reclamp it.
