I'm floor-tillering my hickory Meare Heath/Sudburry-ish bow. Hoping to get 60#@27". Since I inadvertently, partially decrowned it, I am going to back it with rawhide. I'd also like to heat treat a little bit of reflex into it. One limb already has a bit of natural reflex, so I can build on that.
So, I'm thinking I'll get it floor tillered, then heat in the reflex, then add the backing, then finish tillering. Sound right, or should I do it in a different order? If this bow is successful it will bring me up to a big old three!
