cracks in my oak bow

I noticed there are some small cracks in the back of my oak bow.  I saw this line in my backing for sometime but i have never investigated until now.  I have shot this bow quite a bit and it seems like it shows no sign of breaking.  I am going to keep shooting it but is there anything i can do?  it would make me feel alot better this bow is my baby

the grain is perfectly straight so i dont know why it would crack at all. it pulls 60# @ 26" and is backed with linen

David as always pictures would help ;) I've backed several bows with linen and I don't think i wouold be able to even see a crack thru the linen.
Has the bow taken more set, lost poundage, or showing any signs of frets on the belly, what glue did you use on the linen? Is the linen also seperating?

Also David...you don't mention which way the Cracks are going....are they running with the Limb or across it?? If they are running with the Limb....Linear Cracks....there isn't too much to worry about...you could run some Super Glue into them....but if they are running across the Limb...these are Chrysals....and they almost always me the End.....or at least a Patch Job....but to Me it's the End....And also... I am with Dana....how can you see cracks through a Linen Backing?? We need some Photos to look and see what is truly going on.....

i cant see cracks through the backing but i noticed these unusual lines in the backing. 
it seems like the limb may have taken more set but now that something  is wrong its really messing withmy head. It may have lost poundage but not  very much. this bow is still a very deadly weapon.

these are probably chrysals but they arent that bad i will take some pictures of it.

i used titebond 2

dana there arent frets on the belly but the deft i finished with it cracked and it looks somewhat like a chrysal

  David, Chrysals will be on the belly. I wouldn't worry. If it is vertical cracks it will not hurt anything. Oak is pretty tough. I could be you are seeing nothing but your backing wrinkle or shrink from curing. The humidity will make backings do strange stuff.

but who cares now i have an exuse to whittle on my big osage pile in the garage and when i get my drawknife next weekend i can start chasing a ring on your stave! ;D ;D

i am alos sending your flies out next week for sure now it just slipped my mind i really feel bad about this.  i got about 20 for you

I'm guessing you may just have put to much finish on and now its cracking. I've seen that happen before as the finish ages and get harder and more brittle.
