We have been working on this with constant phone calls to the distribution center in Memphis. Our shipping contact at the printer actually walked over the main post office in Little Rock (where the printer is located) and looked through all the "tags" that show that the pallet was loaded on the USPS truck to take to Memphis. Which we now know the break down in this situation again is the Memphis distribution center. We have 4 numbers we keep calling but it always seems to roll over to a voicemail that is full.

We personally get our own copy delivered to our mailboxes just so we know that it is in the process of being delivered. We have not received ours either. It is very very frustrating on our end as a small business with out that large business leverage.
