You'll never catch me in one lol. Never tried one but I know a guy that uses one exclusively and says no more tree stands for him

I have one I use with my compund and I love it but I don't know it jives with a traditional bow

It's like an arborist saddle but designed for hunting. You basically are wearing a heavy duty diaper that acts as safety harness and tree stand
