I have found one Pandale point north of El Paso.  Hoping Patrick chimes in on whether he has found any or if he has knapped any?

I spent last weekend on my brothers ranch just south of Sanderson Tx.  Flint run it has the same flint Kinley sells.  We found a pandale with a broken tip near the big midden.

I found mine while metal detecting near an old mine. Walking slow, detecting and looking at the ground and there it was.  I also found a worked piece of 1/4 plate glass.  I wonder what the Natives were thinking when they knap a point like this. I would think it would be a hard point  to knap.

Thanks for the response Patrick, good video. I just wondered to myself what they were thinking when they decided t put a spiral/twist on their points.
