Thumb rest. Locks my left hand in and can release almost all grip pressure upon release. One of my last checks in my process. Width, aaaah not sure now
 1 5/8ths or a tad more ?

Give it a run next weekend against some good SB shooters.

Well, turkey time this Sat. Going to hit it and see if we be eating turkey pot pie with biscuit top or not?

Pulled out two billets to defend at the Classic. Here they be, have another bow from a set of Step Sister billets from same tree, same section Raksha. Should make a very good bow. Think 69" for some reason.

Smoothbore Hedge? Congrats on the gobbler. Pot pie sounds delicious. Up in Pa.we have to wait 4 more weeks. I miss traveling south for birds...used to do it almost every year.

Prolly coulda killed out with a sling shot as I had them come in to about 4ft and dance a bit. Yeah, was a blunderbus kill. Was a picture postcard type morning.

The billets glue up. Find a nice piece for a grip and we be in bidness.

Happy easter ya, all.

Bookend Billets glued up with some billet reflex. Not glued in but billet had a upward curve to it.

you know hedge, the one thing that i always like to see is a turkey, dead or alive. A turkey hunt was my first ever hunt and ever since i saw that red head ive been hooked! haven't killed one yet but hopefully this season, even if its with a shotgun.

that was a pretty nice turkey you got!

Happy turkey hunting!  :G :G

Much appreciated!  I afraid I can't help with an elk ranch - yet :D

I split and sand most of my fletching, no worries there.
I'll pay shipping if you want.

Thank you,

69" Billet taking some shape. Give some heat then get it to floor tiller and let it set a couple weeks. Then finish it up and shoot it in.
