That's a great-looking catch!  I did my first deep-sea fishing trip last summer off Crescent City, Ca.  Caught four different kinds of rock-fish and ling cod.  Got sick as a dog in the big swells but didn't care.  I can put up with a LOT when the fishing's good!

those ling cod don't look very bad with their mouths closed.
