Hey,
While I was heat correcting some twist I inadvertently placed the adjustable wrench on a hot area of the wood instead of a cool area.
I had the wrench padded with a thin piece of leather but after it cooled and I took the wrench off...there it was, about a 3/8" by 3/8" dent approximately 1/16 deep.
The stave is chased to one ring but they are REALLY thin rings.
Can I iron this dent out like furniture makers do or do you think it will even be a problem since it didn't cut through any wood?
