I have not made any really snake bows. Watched a bunch done and it looks like in turns in working part of limb is where it makes or breaks. You prolly got a piece with great ratio if i know you. So, prolly wont be an issue.

Very interested to see what you find in that character piece of wood.

That’s my 50# record bow traced at brace. You get it braced and it matches that profile and you are pretty much done. Arvin

that's cool... the bottom limb being a little stiff may well come around after shooting it in Arvin...you know that...you've made a lot more bows than I have.  I have never made a snaky bow that really performed as well as a 'perfect' piece, but if it's close and snaky...be VERY happy and enjoy the people always admiring it.   :OK
